Pick AI Ark if you run your own outreach stack and want verified B2B lists on monthly or annual plans, with every email checked at export. Pick Seamless.AI if you want a Chrome extension, CRM sync and outreach tools under one annual contract. Most teams looking for a Seamless.AI alternative want the first.
Key takeaways
Contract terms. AI Ark sells monthly plans from $49 for 5,000 credits, and annual plans from $470 for 60,000. Seamless.AI's subscriptions are annual, with all sales final, and they renew for 12 months unless canceled at least 60 days ahead.
Verification at export. AI Ark checks every email with BounceBan at export and delivers only addresses that pass, with an expected bounce rate under 1.5%. Seamless.AI refunds the credit when its own check marks an email invalid, but does not guarantee deliverability.
Data vs platform. AI Ark hands a verified file to the CRM, sequencer or Clay table you already run. Seamless.AI bundles contact search with a Chrome extension, CRM integrations, intent data and outreach tools on one annual contract.
Cost per contact. At 5,000 valid contacts a month, AI Ark costs $12.63 per 1,000 on its $758 annual plan. Seamless.AI publishes no Pro or Enterprise prices; at SpendHound's average contract values, the same volume would cost $138 to $220 per 1,000, on contracts that also cover user licenses, integrations and support.
What reviewers say. AI Ark's free tier lets you measure bounces on your own list first. Seamless.AI holds 4.4 on G2 from 5,408 reviews, but 83% of its 311 Trustpilot reviews are one star, the latest about renewals, collections and contact quality.

What is AI Ark? A Seamless.AI alternative for teams that own their stack
AI Ark is a B2B prospect and company discovery database for outbound teams, agencies and recruiters: 400M+ people and 70M+ companies, verified mobiles on more than 100M profiles, and a full refresh every 30 days.
It assumes you already own your outreach stack, whether a sequencer, a CRM or a Clay table, and its job is to hand that stack a verified file. Every email is checked with BounceBan at export, and you pay for an email only when it passes.
The distinctive part is the search. Company Lookalike takes up to five customer URLs and finds companies that do the same thing. Net New vs Saved Records hides everyone you have already exported, so you never pay twice for a contact. Filters also cover headcount growth, employees by department, time in role separately from time at the company, and company HQ separately from where the person sits.
What is Seamless.AI?
Seamless.AI, which shortened its brand to Seamless in early 2026, is a sales platform built around contact search. Around it sit buyer intent data, job-change alerts, CRM enrichment, AI-written pitches, emailing, calling and social selling tools, an AI assistant, automated list building, an API, an MCP server, apps for Claude and ChatGPT, and a Chrome extension that finds emails and phone numbers on any website. It integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics and targets SMB to enterprise sales, marketing and recruiting teams.
Seamless.AI describes itself as a real-time search engine, not a database: when you research a contact, it crawls the web to find and verify the details at that moment. It cites 1.8B+ verified business emails and 414M+ phone numbers, and its GDPR notice adds data providers and the CRM, email and contact accounts its customers connect to public sources. One credit researches a contact and returns everything in the profile, and each email gets a confidence score from 0 to 100.
The pricing page shows no prices and books a demo, and Basic's price appears only after sign-up, according to an account holder who tested it. Subscriptions are annual. Seamless.AI suits teams that want contact data, a browser extension and outreach tools from one vendor on one annual contract.
Data quality: where validation happens
How AI Ark does it
AI Ark verifies at the point of export. Each address goes through BounceBan in real time, at SMTP and catch-all level, and invalid, unknown and risky results are left out. Catch-all domains are validated one address at a time, and an address ships only when BounceBan confirms it, labeled "Catch-All Valid". The expected bounce rate is under 1.5%.
Because nothing unverified ships, about 70% of exported contacts come back with a valid email. The rest arrive as full profiles with LinkedIn URL, title and company, charged at 0.5 credits and usable for LinkedIn outreach. There is no score to set a threshold on: an address is verified and delivered, or left out.
How Seamless.AI does it
Seamless.AI checks an email when you research the contact and gives it a Total AI score from 0 to 100, recommending 70 or above for most outreach and describing accept-all domains as a partial-confidence state. When the check marks an address invalid, Credit Back Protection refunds the credit. Soft bounces, role-based addresses and emails that pass but later stop working are not covered, and the help article says the check "is only true at that moment". Its terms disclaim all warranties relating to accuracy.
Reviews split by platform: 4.4 on G2 from 5,408 reviews and 4.5 on Capterra from 592, against 1.2 on Trustpilot from 311. Capterra reviewers praised "very good quality data" (16 June 2026) and emails that are "very accurate" (8 April 2026), while a banking manager reported "maybe 70% deliverability on emails they mark as verified" (28 May 2026). A Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 19 August 2026: "On some lists, we might find only 10-20 usable contacts out of 1,000 leads."
The trade-off, stated fairly
Both vendors check an email when you pull it, so the difference is what reaches your file. Seamless.AI hands you a scored address and refunds failures, which suits reps who judge each record themselves. AI Ark makes the call for you: the file holds only addresses that passed, ready for a sequencer. Neither vendor's headline figure is an independent test, ours included, so run your own: export a few hundred records on AI Ark's free tier, send them from the tool you use today with no verifier in between, and compare bounces with any other source.
True cost: what a valid lead actually costs
List price is the wrong comparison, and most Seamless.AI plans have none. What a team pays depends on what each sendable contact costs and how long it is committed: Seamless.AI's subscriptions are annual, with monthly or annual billing cycles, so paying monthly does not shorten the term.
Published pricing
Seamless.AI, checked 8 October 2026:
Plan | Credits | Price |
Free | 50, one-time; they do not replenish | $0 |
Basic | 250 per license per month | Not on the pricing page; reported at $147/month, billed annually |
Pro | 10,000 per license per month | Not publicly stated |
Enterprise | Set by quote | Not publicly stated |
Bulk Credits | Shared pool, set at purchase | Not publicly stated |
No price is published for either billing cycle. The $147 Basic figure, for annual payment, comes from an account holder's test, updated January 2026. SpendHound's data from 160 Seamless.AI customers puts average annual spend at $8,300 for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and $13,201 above that.
AI Ark plans:
Plan | Credits per month | Monthly billing | Annual billing (credits per year) | Seats included |
Free | 100 | $0 | $0 | 1 |
Starter | 5,000 to 30,000 | $49 to $119 | $470 for 60,000 to $1,142 for 360,000 | Up to 3 |
Builder | 60,000 to 300,000 | $219 to $879 | $2,102 for 720,000 to $8,438 for 3,600,000 | Up to 5 |
Scale (Agency & Enterprise) | 450,000 to 5,000,000 | $1,249 to $9,999 | $11,990 for 5,400,000 to $95,990 for 60,000,000 | 10 |
AI Ark charges 0.5 credits per person profile, 0.5 more per valid email (only when one is found), 5 per mobile number and 0.1 per company record. Seamless.AI charges 1 credit per contact researched, returning every email and phone number in the profile, 1 per enriched row and 0.2 per AI-generated message.
Worked scenario: 5,000 valid contacts a month
Method, applied to both: total annual spend at the cheapest plan covering the volume, divided by 60,000 valid contacts a year. For Seamless.AI we count every charged credit as a valid contact, because its Credit Back Protection refunds the credit on an email its check marks invalid.
AI Ark. At the find rate described in the data quality section, 60,000 valid emails take about 72,900 credits a year. The annual 180,000-credit plan covers that for $758, or $12.63 per 1,000 valid contacts, with three seats. Billed monthly on the 15,000-credit plan, it is $948, or $15.80 per 1,000.
Seamless.AI. Basic stops at 250 credits a month per license, so this volume needs 20 Basic licenses or one Pro license with 10,000 a month, at a price Seamless.AI does not publish. To match AI Ark, that license would have to cost under $758 a year. At SpendHound's average contract values, the cost would be $138 to $220 per 1,000, on contracts that also cover user licenses, integrations and support, with phone numbers in every credit.
The other structural difference is commitment. AI Ark's plans run monthly or annually, and canceling ends access at the end of the billing cycle. A Seamless.AI contract runs 12 months with all sales final, and renews for another 12 unless canceled at least 60 days ahead, through a request form and a meeting with a Customer Success representative.
Feature | AI Ark | Seamless.AI |
Plan covering 5,000 a month | 180,000 credits a year for $758, three seats | One Pro license; price not published |
Cost per 1,000 valid contacts | $12.63 ($15.80 billed monthly) | $138 to $220 at average contract values, which also cover licenses, integrations and support |
Shortest commitment | One month | 12 months |
To stop paying | Cancel; access ends with the billing cycle | Cancel 60+ days before renewal, or renew for 12 months |
At the narrow end, one user needing 250 valid contacts a month pays AI Ark $470 a year, or $156.67 per 1,000. Seamless.AI Basic at the reported $147 a month, billed annually, comes to $1,764 a year, or $588 per 1,000.
The counterpoint, stated honestly
Seamless.AI's credit includes any phone numbers it finds, while a mobile costs 5 credits on AI Ark. Even if all 60,000 contacts above also took a mobile, AI Ark would need about 372,900 credits a year, inside the 720,000-credit plan at $2,102, or $35.03 per 1,000.
SpendHound's figures are averages: a team that negotiates hard or needs one Pro license may pay less, and G2 reviewers report an average discount of 12%. If the tools Seamless.AI bundles, such as the extension, CRM integrations and intent data, would otherwise be separate purchases, weigh its contract against all of them.
The hidden line item is the second check. Seamless.AI's check is point-in-time and it does not guarantee deliverability, so a team that verifies again before a campaign pays for it separately: about $128 a year at 60,000 contacts, at MillionVerifier's rates of $89 per 50,000 and $39 per 10,000, plus the hours spent cleaning files. AI Ark runs that step inside the export. Check your own volume on the pricing page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is Seamless.AI worth it?
Seamless.AI can be worth it if you want an extension, CRM sync and outreach tools from one vendor and accept its terms: annual subscriptions, all sales final, and a 12-month renewal unless you cancel at least 60 days ahead. AI Ark is worth it if you want verified lists for a stack you already run, on published monthly or annual plans.
2. How much does Seamless.AI cost?
Seamless.AI does not publish Pro or Enterprise prices. An account holder reported Basic at $147 a month, billed annually, and SpendHound data from 160 customers puts average annual spend at $8,300 to $13,201, depending on company size. AI Ark publishes its prices: $49 a month for 5,000 credits, or $470 a year for 60,000, with a free tier of 100 credits a month.
3. Is AI Ark cheaper than Seamless.AI at volume?
At 5,000 valid contacts a month, AI Ark costs $12.63 per 1,000 on its $758 annual plan, verification included. Seamless.AI's Pro license covers that volume at an unpublished price. At SpendHound's average contract values, on plans that also cover user licenses, integrations and support, Seamless.AI would work out at $138 to $220 per 1,000.
4. How do I cancel Seamless.AI before it renews?
On Seamless.AI, an owner or admin submits a modification request and meets a Customer Success representative to remove the automatic renewal, at least 60 days before the renewal date; miss that window and the contract renews for another 12 months. On AI Ark, canceling ends access at the end of your current billing cycle, with no notice period.
5. Does Seamless.AI refund credits for invalid emails?
Yes, when its own check marks an email invalid, but not for soft bounces, role-based addresses or emails that pass and later stop working, and it does not guarantee deliverability. AI Ark never charges for an invalid email: the 0.5-credit email charge applies only when an address passes BounceBan at export.
6. How accurate is Seamless.AI's email data?
Seamless.AI publishes no accuracy rate; it scores each email from 0 to 100 and recommends 70 or above for outreach. One Capterra reviewer called its emails very accurate in April 2026, while a September 2025 reviewer found contact details "frequently outdated, inaccurate, or missing altogether". AI Ark delivers only addresses that passed verification at export, with an expected bounce rate under 1.5%.
7. How does AI Ark handle catch-all emails compared with Seamless.AI?
AI Ark validates each catch-all address individually with BounceBan at export and delivers it only when confirmed, labeled "Catch-All Valid"; risky and unknown addresses never reach the file. Seamless.AI treats accept-all domains as a partial-confidence state on its 0 to 100 email score and leaves the send decision to you. With AI Ark, a bounce rate under 1.5% is expected across the whole file, catch-alls included.
8. Can I try both before deciding?
Yes. AI Ark's free tier gives 100 credits a month with no card, enough to export a sample from your own ICP search. Seamless.AI's free license gives 50 credits that do not replenish. Research the same 50 contacts in both, send both from the same tool with no verifier in between, and compare bounces at day seven.
